What happens after my free year?
Choose a paid plan when you are ready. Your free year needs no card and does not automatically turn into a paid subscription. Existing records remain accessible; adding properties or units afterward requires an active paid plan.
Are residents and property managers included?
Yes. All plans include invited residents and property team members. Paid plans cover 2, 10 or 25 rental units; Scale can include extra units at a stated price. Each person gets access for their role and property.
How do I start collecting rent?
Verify your owner payment account and add an active resident lease. Residents can then pay online through their portal. Rent processing costs are separate from your subscription.
Can I use my own property domain?
Yes. Connect a domain you already own by verifying its DNS records. You can also use your included Zewst property address.
Can I cancel a paid subscription?
Yes, from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid term. Processing costs on rent payments are separate. The service terms explain renewals, changes and refunds.
How are my lease documents handled?
Your original agreement stays private in Zewst. Optional document assistance helps you review suggested details and ask questions. You choose whether to enable it and check suggestions against the original. Read the document assistance terms and data handling.
