Rent processing, priced separately

Cards: 3.35% + $0.55. Bank payments: 0.8% capped at $5, plus 0.25% + $0.25. Per contribution, deducted from owner proceeds; retained on refunds. Residents pay no added fee. Subscription promotions do not waive these charges.

My property is already rented. Can I still use Zewst?

Yes. Add your property, record the existing tenancy and organize its lease documents. Keep it unpublished or off market while preparing resident access. You do not need a vacancy to get started.

Can I list a property for sale?

Yes. Set your asking price and listing status, publish a sale website and receive buyer inquiries. Offer negotiation and closing are not part of the current beta.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Every website has a Zewst address. Connect an existing domain by adding its ownership TXT record and following the DNS instructions in website settings. Domain purchasing is not available during beta.

What does it cost?

Owner covers 2 rental units for $19/month or $190/year; Portfolio covers 10 for $49/month or $490/year; Scale covers 25 for $99/month or $990/year. Extra Scale units cost $3/month or $30/year. Residents and invited team members are included. Sign up by November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern for one free subscription year, with no card or automatic paid conversion. Rent processing is separate: owners pay 3.35% + $0.55 for cards or 0.8% capped at $5, plus 0.25% + $0.25 for bank payments, per contribution.

Can my residents pay rent and sign documents?

Online rent payments use Stripe and require a verified owner payment account and an active resident lease. Residents can access their lease documents. Automatic payments and production electronic signing are not available yet; see the beta details for current availability.
